Course Length: Our group classes run continuously and are subscription-based, ensuring steady improvement and long-term success. Once students meet the current level’s goals, they can smoothly transition into the next group level. Groups remain active as long as there are at least 2 students in the group.

Where are the lessons conducted?

All lessons are online using an interactive virtual classroom (Koala Go). You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a headset or microphone for the best experience.

How many students are in each group?

Each group has 2–5 students.

What ages do you teach?

We have different groups for various age ranges (6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, and 18 or older). During enrollment, we’ll place students in a class that aligns with their age and language level for the best learning experience.

Can siblings or friends join the same group?

Absolutely, if they fall into the same age range and language level. Learning with familiar faces can be a great way to boost comfort and motivation.

How do I pay for the lessons?

Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. You can update your payment information or cancel your subscription anytime in the client portal.

What if we need to pause the subscription for a while?

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time in the client portal via Stripe. Just contact us before your next billing cycle, and we’ll work with you to make adjustments.

What happens if I can’t attend a scheduled class?

The class recording and learning material will be made available for students to view on their own.

Do I need any textbooks or materials?

No, the courseware and all lesson materials will be provided, including any worksheets, activities, and practice exercises.

Will students receive homework or extra practice?

Yes, the teacher may provide optional worksheets, vocabulary lists, and practice exercises to reinforce what was covered in class. Special gamified homework assignments and personalized review activities are also available at an additional cost to help students continue learning outside of class.

How do I know my child is making progress?

The teacher will update the student progress tracker on the weekly lesson report. There will also be unit assessments after each unit is completed. You are also encouraged to observe improvements in their confidence, participation, and language use during class discussions and activities.
