Where are the lessons conducted?
All lessons are online using an interactive virtual classroom (Koala Go). You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a headset or microphone for the best experience.
Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes, a 25-minute trial lesson is available for new students. In this lesson, we can discuss your goals, assess the student’s English language level, and ensure we’re a good fit. You can then decide to purchase individual lessons or a package.
How do I pay for the lessons?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can choose a single lesson or a package of lessons.
Can I reschedule a lesson if something comes up?
Yes. You can reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost. If you need to make changes, please notify the teacher as soon as possible.
Do I need any textbooks or materials?
No, the courseware and all lesson materials will be provided, including any worksheets, activities, and practice exercises. If you prefer to use your own resources, please message the teacher to discuss them.
Will students receive homework or extra practice?
Yes, if you’d like. the teacher can provide optional assignments, vocabulary lists, and practice exercises to reinforce what students have learned between lessons. Special personalized, gamified homework assignments and quizzes are also available at an additional cost.
